ANDREW BLOOM
FOUNDER & CEO, NEW CHICAGO HOSPITALITY GROUP
Building Chicago's next multi-unit restaurant company
BIO
Andrew Bloom is the founder and CEO of New Chicago Hospitality Group, a Chicago-based restaurant company developing multi-unit full service and fast-casual concepts. NCHG's first restaurant, Neon Duck, is a Chinese-American concept opening on the North Shore, built for repeatable unit economics from day one.
Before founding NCHG, Andrew spent 20+ years as a hospitality operations leader driving growth, opening new markets, and building high-performing teams. He launched record-breaking Shake Shack locations across five Midwest states and 20+ locations, led SeoulSpice's Chicago expansion, managed $100M+ portfolios, and delivered top-10% KPI performance while developing strong pipelines of future leaders.
Strategic leadership in the executive domain requires a relentless focus on empowerment and multi-unit standards. I foster high-performance cultures where every team member is aligned with a vision of operational excellence, ensuring that complex hospitality ecosystems function with grace.
My professional achievements are defined by the successful transformation of guest services and the strategic optimization of multi-asset portfolios. By marrying data-driven insights with a high-touch service ethos, I deliver sustainable growth and unparalleled brand equity.
